Accounts Payable and Payroll specialist. Over 10 years of working experience using various accounting software including PayChex, OneWorld and RTI.  College level courses in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel. Proficient in 10-key and data entry. Knowledge with office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers and fax machines. I am a quick learner, well organized and have excellent people skills.

Lead in payroll processing working with OneWorld software. Review and input 400 plus timecards on a weekly basis. Responsible for checking timecards for coding accuracy and mathematical or legal errors and correcting any payroll issues or discrepancies. Running and maintaining payroll reports on a weekly basis or as needed. Running and maintaining certified payroll when necessary. 
  Human Resources support by maintaining employee files, processing PAF’s and helping with employee relations issues and new hire processes when needed.
  Supporting Branch and Account Managers as needed with running reports, creating and maintaining miscellaneous excel spreadsheets and maintaining calendars with employee birthdates, anniversaries and vacation dates.

Processing accounts payables and receivables working with RTI software. Responsible for coding and processing payment for all accounts payable on a weekly basis. Responsible for invoicing customers as needed.   
 Lead in payroll processing working with PayChex software. Review and input time punches on a Semi Monthly Payroll schedule for 11 stores totaling over 400 employees. Handling employee garnishments, addressing and correcting payroll issues.
 Human Resources. Conducting all new hire paperwork processing. Conducting quarterly audits on all employee files including I-9’s and W2’s. Processing miscellaneous paper work, employee verification forms, garnishment forms, and unemployment forms. 
 Collecting and inputting information for stores daily deposits. Clearing daily deposits with bank statements. Reporting cash overages and shortages as necessary. Helping with month end bank reconciliations as needed. 
General office duties. Responsible for filing of employee paperwork and A/P invoices. Responsible for miscellaneous data entry, reports and charts using Excel and Microsoft Word. Responsible for opening and sorting mail and packages as necessary.
