Design and maintain the church brand throughout all print and web marketing materials, including the designing of a new logo and website. Design all marketing material in print and web formats for events and various ministries. Produce visual presentations for all Sunday services, special events and memorial services. Lead the month-long 2018 Missions Conference Amazing Race Event: conceptualize the event, set and ensure goals and directives are understood and followed by the committee members, as well as 8-12 participating organizations, establish the workflow and deadlines, conduct meetings, communicate expectations to all participating organizations, manage the production and execution of the 3 events.

Maintain the inventory of upholstery samples for all Leslie Jee patterns. Process and ship all requests for upholstery samples to sales reps and furniture designers. Assist in administrative needs for the production department. Design the product catalog of new seasonal fabrics with inspiration, patterns, specs, and pricing to aid the sales representatives in their sales.

Inventory Manager

Led a board of 12 volunteers. Establish and ensure the follow-through of goals and directives for the association. Conduct monthly board meetings, delegate projects and responsibilities; collect progress and status reports from board members. Research and establish a new membership database for more efficient organization and communications to the members. Hire a bookkeeper for effective financial management and assist in budget reviews. Lead the brand development, print and web marketing for the association and its 60+ members. Assist in production of a wedding fair, overseeing and interfacing with 60+ vendors to establish logistics and expectations for a successful event for the vendors and engaged couples.

Manage after-school program applications for 20 schools. Manage the database, admission and attendance reports for each school. Create report monthly records and serve as assistant liaison to the school district.

Office Administrator

Greet and photograph all guests as they board the boat. Print and package all portraits according to company standards. Catch and tie up the boat as it docks. Sell portrait packages to guests to meet and exceed the daily quota. Photograph special events on the boats for weddings, corporate parties and holiday events.
