Key Leader (Operations/Inventory Supervisor)

Highly competitive, hard working, achievement focused,  former D1 athlete who recently graduated with a Master's Degree from California State University Fullerton. Experience in Sales/Marketing, Management, Operations, Training and Development, and Health/Wellness Promotion. Currently looking for new opportunities in Health/Wellness Promotion/Training, Operations/Inventory Management, or Outside Sales. 

 Manage daily operations of retail location including POS system, RFID restocking system, and inventory accuracy and organization
•	Work with regional asset protection manager on issues, Present to inventory and sales team on asset protection procedures in different situations 
•	Lead and coordinate weekly inventory counts with staff and assess accuracy and discrepancies from reports pulled 
•	Review shipping and receiving discrepancies to identify where errors are happening within the process
•	Implement new RFID inventory system and train 25-40 person sales team on its capabilities, Write new processes to trouble shoot RFID issues 
•	Create and present new inventory processes to the team, Train all retail associates on implementation of these processes to insure accuracy
•	Balance controllable budget for retail store, Strategically analyze where funding is allocated monthly, quarterly, and yearly 
•	Develop a team to specifically manage inventory processes accuracy, Develop a success

•	Marketed for new store location, networked with local community members and built relationships to promote brand awareness and sales, collaborated on events to drive store traffic, exceeded daily new store sales goals by an average of $4,000 a day. 
•	Educated potential customers on product function, upsold on additional product benefits, followed up on product feedback, and retained repeat customers by excellent relationship building and customer service. 


Educator (Sales Associate) 

•	New client acquisition: including attended marketing events at local business, cold calling new gym members, sett up initial health consultation and assessments, educated on the value of health and wellness programs, closed deals for up to $6,000 worth of training sessions, and retained clients through relationship and value building practices. 
•	Took full initial needs assessment, worked through goal setting with potential clients, created in-depth program to promote overall health, coached clients on health and nutrition, used results to motivate clients further and promote client retention.
