I am a brand marketing manager.  I most currently worked at a cpg food company.  Marketing is my passion and I thrive having challenging assignments where the answer is not always clear.  Working in cross functional teams, solving problems motivates me.  I also have marketing experience in the Entertainment industry in TV and Cable Networks.  I love working with creative agencies, designers, producers and creating wonderful new messaging/campaigns.

LTFA is a subsidiary of LT Foods Ltd, India.  We work with our team in India to create new campaigns and marketing programs to promote our flagship brand Royal Basmati Rice which is the #1 Brand in the US.   My main responsibilities are to build consumer brand awareness/ brand loyalty to Increase FY sales.  My main tactics are:
-Utilization of Celebrity (Amitabh Bachchan) Endorsement for all Royal Products in US.
-Media Agency: Directly Manage our media agency, ASB, for print media buys and online media buys. Work with our Global team at LT India for TV media buys and creative projects. 
-POS Materials, Festival Support.  Branded Truck Wraps for key Distributors across US
-Developing Social Media Campaigns (e.g. India is beautiful campaign)
•Competitive Market Analysis – Market Visits (e.g. San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Houston); Nielsen Analysis   
•Mass Retail Specific Programs – Kroger/Dunnhumby Coupons and MyMagazine Ad/ Coupons 
•New Products Innovations

Sr Marketing Manager

Kopali is a premium organic and Fair trade chocolate and dried fruit snack company that is a healthy, high-end, lifestyle premium snack brand distributed in the US.  I reported to the former CEO and the Founder of the company.  It’s a start up.  My main responsibilities were to lead the Summer Intern team to develop Kopali's brand book from start to finish.  Also, to keep a consistent brand positioning and brand promise across all messaging/ packaging.
•Developed Consumer Insights for our brand by developing surveys on consumer snack habits and preferences; testing and/or verifying our main assumptions about our target market.  
•Identified and planned culturally relevant events to promote/sample Kopali chocolates.

Brand Manager

Hallmark Channel is a family oriented cable network targeting Women 25-54. I was the Consumer Marketing Department’s Interim Marketing Manager.  Basically, I provided coverage during the permanent manager’s maternity leave.   
•In charge of delivering all aspects of consumer facing promotions.  Worked with internal creative team, on-air producers, online team, legal, Ad Sales team, as well as, with clients’ promotions teams,  legal and outside agencies to successfully deliver the following promotions without any delays or issues:
-	Universal Orlando Family Sweepstakes – Delivered all website creative and on-air spot for the promotion.  
-	Mother’s Day Sweepstakes - Delivered all website creative and on-air spot for the promotion.  
-	Valspar Paint’s Back to School Promotion – Finalized legal prizing/rules, led weekly planning meetings and managed creative process to finalize online web creative and the on-air spot.
•Media Planning – Participated in all weekly planning meetings with internal team and outside agency.
•Budgets – Managed department’s monthly accounting, all invoicing and reconciled any differences with finance.
•New Partnerships – Worked with internal team to secure a new partnership with a National Restaurant Chain.
•Creative Direction – Read, wrote creative direction summaries for over a dozen scripts.

Interim Marketing Manager

Univision Communications is the # 1 Spanish Language Broadcast network in the US.  Part of leadership team for their Consumer Products division called Univision Home Entertainment, which was launched in May 2005 to release Spanish language films.  My main role was to cross-promote our films on Univision Networks, do special promotional events with Univision Local Stations and sell-in to all major retailers. 
•Responsible for all marketing plans, press kits and marketing execution of all New Releases including:
Media (in house production of commercials and traditional campaigns), Sales (retail marketing presentations), Creative, Research and Promotions
•Supported our sales team by creating all sales presentations, attended client meetings, provided new pitch ideas
•Local Station and Affiliate Promotions to promote our New Releases

Marketing Director

Product Supply/Manufacturing manager directly responsible for daily management of the Bounty converting production area (We literally manufactured Bounty Paper Towels), including line reliability and people management.
•Managed 66 technicians.  Directly responsible for their pay, personal development, training and coaching.  Awarded 7 promotions to employees during last year.  Reduced unplanned department attrition by 62%.
