I did freelance corporate outdoor teambuilding facilitation for a Resort in Noordhoek Cape Town. My duties were to create a programme for various corporate companies conferencing at the resort, the programmes were designed to encourage team participation through fun outdoor challenges that all can easily participate in. I facilitated different types of teambuilding activities from outdoor fun, potjie-pot cooking competitions, Braaimaster, survivor and fear factor type teambuilding.
