• Successfully launched advertising campaigns to market and promote the action sports brand through all media publications including print, web, and social media channels (e.g. Increased Instagram 20k-30k followers above next closest competitor). • Led project to the development and design of brand identity of Park City’s action sports brand, “I Ride Park City”. • Developed advertising projects such as web edits, movies, and magazines highlighting the “I Ride Park City” brand. Also worked with web designers to conceive, refine website design and content of brand, and worked with (interviewed) radio station promotions. • Collaborated with and managed events such as The Launch, The Holy Bowly, and The Grand Prix. Also, created grassroots events such as Friday Night Jib Fights. • Regained lost national and international exposure and attention by ranking as a top 5-terrain park in Transworld Snowboarding Magazine and Freeskier Magazine. • Developed and implemented marketing strategies for growing Park City media attention and exposure it is entitled to throughout all platforms of publications including social media. • Negotiated and developed strategic partnerships and sponsorships (Adidas, Monster Energy, Neff, Skullcandy) exceeding $250k in revenues. • Contracted and managed a team of fourteen professional snowboarders and six professional skier. Negotiated the contracts between the athlete/agent and the company. • Valued for coaching / leader strengths – ability to foster meaningful dialogue and gain buy-in.
