Reviewed and provided legal advice on exclusive distributorships including exclusivity invasion fee settlements and options for termination
Created a new functional role never performed at IZZE prior to the PepsiCo acquisition; Developed Category Management tools for use by all IZZE departments and PepsiCo 
Produced and presented sales and consumer insights for senior management and retail partners contributing to 19% retail sales growth from 2006 to 2007

Category/Insights Analyst

Negotiated complex technology license and operating agreement for retail sales tracking of running specialty stores with another company without creating corporate entanglements
Refined the data projection and smoothing system to increase effectiveness through efficiency and accuracy
Provided monthly and annual analytics for the Outdoor Industry Association and outdoor and sporting goods manufacturers

Senior Retail Analyst

Transactional work including; formation and sale of business entities, operating agreements, commercial and residential leases 
Litigation support for copyright licensing, and patent litigation, real estate and foreclosure matters

Reviewed cases and motions for proper procedure and evidentiary support
Made initial recommendations for the Senior Clerk's review and submission to the Judge, Two recommended opinions were delivered as final opinions without substantial change

Developed key insights for the launch of a successful new product/brand into a new category
Saved countless man-hours by automating quarterly account review presentation development process

Managed client relationships within Category Management, and Sales organizations of $6MM per year client
