Jeremy is a versatile Technology leader with over 25 years of digital experience and a proven track record that spans Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Data, and Strategy. Most recently, Jeremy has taken on the role of Executive Director of Marketing Technology at VMLY&R (formerly GTB) to help Ford to re-shape their AdTech and MarTech landscape.

Previously, Jeremy was the Global Head of Marketing Technology at HP where he was responsible for the full re-platforming of their technology infrastructure to a hybrid Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Eloqua environment.

Jeremy has worked on both the agency and client side helping brands like Cisco, Nike, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, and many more launching and maintaining a variety of successful high profiles experiences. He prides himself on the ability to build and manage effective global teams of all sizes.


Working under the WPP @ Ford umbrella helping Ford develop their Advertising, Data, and Marketing Technology vision while also guiding the Media and Web Solutions and Delivery teams to deliver Ford worldwide experiences.

- Leading Global Marketing Technology and Product Development for GTB/VMLY&R.
- Direct involvement with the creation of Advertising, Data and Web experiences spanning consumer and commercial on a Global basis for Ford.
- Oversee Solutions and Delivery for AdTech, Data and Reporting, Personalization, and connections to CRM/DMP/CDP.
- Technology ownership include Adobe, Salesforce, Snowflake, as well as numerous other Data solutions including Google, Tradedesk, Experian, Neustar, and more.
- Active member of the Ford Marketing Council helping C-level leadership design and implement Ford's Technology roadmap.

Overarching responsibility for the delivery of the Digital Marketing experience for HP including all technical infrastructure, development, agency partnerships, cross-business relationships, and financial responsibility. 

•	Primary ownership of the platform and tools associated with the HP.com Marketing experience servicing 100+ countries and 60+ locales, handling upward 1 billion page views per year.
•	Management oversight of 20+ technologists and 10+ business analysts all operating within an Agile framework to deliver what is the HP.com Marketing experience.
•	Coordination with internal stakeholders, agency partners, as well as regional and country teams to deliver experiences that align with their overarching Marketing strategies and campaigns.
•	Act as the primary technical representative within Marketing as it relates to the selection and management of new software vendors and platforms. 
•	Engage directly with HP executive leadership as it relates to our technical infrastructure including all financial implications.


Global Director of Digital Capabilities & Technology

Responsible for the delivery of web, retail, event, and mobile projects, the oversight and management of developer resources, and for growing the technical relationship with client leadership. This includes financial feasibility assessment and ensuring projects are in alignment with business objectives.

•	Establish an ongoing relationship with key client stakeholders to match business objectives to business requirements. 
•	Work directly with producers and business owners to assess technical needs and audit functional requirements.
•	Manage multiple development teams through the entire development lifecycle using both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
•	Coordinate directly with project and account management to properly resource assignments and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.
•	Partner with other creative and technical agencies to deliver projects across functional groups and budgets. 
•	Oversaw the development of digital prototypes across multiple mediums including Beacon and Pass use in retail and events, messenger bots for Facebook, interactive displays, personalized shopping, and more.


Senior Technology Director

Manage all aspects of the development process, including project scoping, resourcing, execution, delivery and ongoing support for clients including analytics, reporting, and maintenance. 

•	Manage the core front and backend teams through all phases of technical development.
•	Work directly with clients to assess technical needs and functional requirements.
•	Partner with third party services for additional functionality and integration.
•	Deep technical experience with various social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other APIs.
•	Coordinate directly with project and account management to properly resource assignments and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.
•	Clients: Disney, Oakley, Marriott, AT&T, Allstate, BIC, Adidas, and WestJet.


Director of Digital Development

Primarily responsible for the management of the front-end development team including forecasting, resourcing, technical planning, partner and back-end integrations, analytics, and social integration. Acted as lead technical architect on new platform decisions for internationalization and E-Commerce initiatives.

•	Provided management leadership to a multi-location development team and also managed external contractors and technical agency relationships.
•	Coordinate all front-end development activities for consumer facing web activities for Flip Video and new business initiatives within Cisco/Linksys.
•	Architected new international platform for Flip with key development resources and managed technical relationship with translation vendor.
•	Acted as lead architect on the selection and construction of the new E-Commerce framework working cross-functionally to assure all requirements were met.
•	Worked directly with project management, marketing and store teams to assess needs and ensure all projects are delivered.
•	Engineered the Adobe Analytics integration for all Cisco Consumer web sites.


Senior Manager of Web Development

Responsible for the management of the development group and in this role oversaw all aspects of the development process, including initial scoping, technical planning and architecture, resourcing, execution, and delivery. Help business development by spearheading efforts to promote the use of emerging technologies through research and strategy.

•	Provided management leadership to create, manage, and motivate the development team to deliver innovate and profitable results.
•	Engaged with clients directly to build and propose digital solutions to support their offline and alternative brand efforts. This typically included social application and strategy creation, development of infrastructure requirements, micro-site implementation and ad banner development.
•	Supported pitch development and was consistently tasked with providing insights on emerging technologies and possible new customer engagement scenarios.
•	Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure cohesiveness during all phases of the development process.
•	Worked directly with the account team, project management, and resourcing to scope and bid projects, determine best-fit key members and provide technical guidance and designs.
