My career is deeply rooted in Creative Direction and Design, where I've led and developed compelling brand experiences. I've also built and transformed departments as a Director of Global Visual Merchandising, orchestrating extensive rebranding initiatives that significantly fueled company growth. These creative foundations are powerfully supported by my expertise in Product Innovation, where I've launched new categories, and my strategic contributions in Business Development and Project Management, ensuring that groundbreaking creative concepts translate into tangible market success. Visual Merchandising in the Corporate Environment - VCOM 2730

Students will learn the practices of the Visual Merchandising in a corporate environment:  interpreting marketing promotions visually through window displays, in-store installations at various levels, store outposts, graphics and other collateral elements. Students will research costs of elements, prepare budgets, timelines, ensure ease of installation and create different roll-out packages for a retail chain based on store yearly volumes, sizes, locations, and staffing capabilities.

I joined this rapidly expanding global luxury cosmetics company and was charged with building merchandising function by establishing all systems, processes and budgets. Lead internal team and manage multiple vendors, to manage dozens of fixture designs, unique “shop-in-shops”, and 2 flagship doors for 1,000+ locations around the world.

I began my career with MayCompany at the store level. Within a few years I earned a promotion to manager of a store and then quickly was moved to higher doors due to my performance. When the new Graphics Coordinator role in corporate was established I was hand selected by Senior staff to setup this much needed department. Once again I was promoted to fill a role on the Planogram team focused on Homestore and Seasonal installations.
