Jeremy Rigby: Ground Service Agent in Boise

Currently I'm a Ground Service Agent on the ramp. I have two and a half years training others within Horizon. Duties Include: Pushing back airplanes, helping and assisting customers, training, loading bags, sorting bags, load coordinator, driving various equipment, etc

Duties included: Daily drove a box truck throughout the Boise area and sometimes beyond. I made daily deliveries daily to residences and businesses. Commodities delivered varied greatly. Other duties I performed included general warehouse duties and driving a forklift.
