With six years experience as a Lead Designer for Aquarius Ltd, I am adept in project management and design implementation. My experience has enhanced my ability conduct trend research, create original graphics, design concept CAD drawings, create detailed tech packs, and collaborate with clients throughout the entire design process to ensure that overall aesthetic, quality, and vision are achieved. Collaborating directly with Brand Representatives and Retail Buyers has provided opportunities to design products that target the customer base, cultivate the brand identity, and contend with competitors. My initiative and eagerness to implement new and trendy techniques, styles, trims, applications, color combinations, and fabrications has led to very lucrative accessory programs. In a short period of time, I was able to contribute to the significant increase in sales with existing clients while also assisting sales representatives in attaining new, profitable accounts that have now grown into multi-million dollar successes.
