I started as a sales associate and worked my way up to Store manager / District Merchandisor within the same location. That store had the best team I have ever worked with. We managed to move up from a D volume to an A volume in 3 years. We also held a company record for best maintained inventory over those 3 years. Customer service, Product knowledge and Positivity drove our team to success. This is where I learned people skills and work ethic and those are traits I still practice to this day.
