The LAX25 Studio for Amazon Visual Innovation Services was a new flagship photo/video studio launched in 2018. Housing over 30
photography bays and 6 video sets, LAX25 production capacity was over 5k SKUs per week. The studio focused on elevating 2D content for PDP and executing multi-channel editorial campaigns for fashion, beauty, sports & outdoors, and home & kitchen categories.

Senior Digital Photography Technician, 2018-2024

• Developed and implemented comprehensive on-set and post production processes for new studio launch

• Continuously managed imaging and digital tech workflows/automation for over 35 photography and video bays

• Trained and supervised over 10 Digital Techs, Retouchers, and Photo Assistants; assigned work based on individual strengths

• Supported and collaborated with Photographers, Stylists, Art Directors, and clients to ensure successful shoots

• Partnered directly with clients and business partners on quality of final deliverables; oversee retouch/reshoot if needed

• Managed the hardware/software for over 75 studio computers (Mac & PC); coordinated with IT support when necessary

• Launched comprehensive studio asset storage solution with a 30TB AWS server; worked cross-functionally with technical teams

Senior Digital Photography Technician

SDF4/6 was a pair of sister studios for Amazon Imaging Services comprised of over 20 photography bays, 6 automated imaging
devices, and an editorial bay. The studios had capacity to shoot over 10k SKUs per week, producing over 75k image and video assets.

Digital Imaging Manager, 2017-2018

• Managed on-set workflows for over 5 imaging categories; oversaw process improvement and documentation

• People Manager of six full-time Creative/Operations associates; supervised team of over 10 freelance Digital Techs/Retouchers

• Project managed the design, construction, and regional deployment of a new automated imaging device, capable of shooting 300+ SKUs per day, with 8 views per SKU (2,400 images total)

• Performed and led Digital Tech workflows, including on-set capture management, quality checks, color correction, batch image
processing, asset management/delivery, and scale image photography

• Provided hardware/software/equipment support for photography sets, devices, and workstations

• Developed revised quality and delivery metrics in partnership with offshore retouch teams, improving productivity by ~3.5%

• Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital asset management system and all accompanying automation packages

Studio C was an e-commerce fashion studio which for Nordstrom.com. Undergoing a period of rapid growth from 2012-2014, Studio C's production capacity more than tripled to over 5k SKUs per week on ~12 photography sets.

• Designed, tested, and implemented on-set workflow enhancements/automations to improve quality and productivity

• Partnered with marketing and product teams to ingest and execute special post-production and asset delivery requests

• Trained and mentored new post production associates; standardized and documented processes, automating where possible
