•Manage development and B.O.M of 270 styles on 3 development calendars from concept to product delivery
•Created and implemented the process of Electronic Redlining by utilizing Dropbox,
which drastically reduced the companies paper cost and carbon footprint.
•Implemented use of Optitex 3D to validate artwork sizing and placement, and
establish standards for embellishment placement resulting in reduction of development time and production delays.
•Partner with Sourcing, Quality Assurance, Design, and PLM on Rugby World Cup
styles to ensure that they meet requirements determined by the World Cup board while still meeting design intent and quality standards.

Associate Product Developer

•Designed and produced custom designs for sports camp's summer staff members and

independent athletes.
•Assisted in designing uniforms worn by the Kansas State Cheerleading team during
the 2012-2013 season.
•Tailored uniforms for the Kansas State Cheerleading team to improve the uniforms fit
and functionality for the athletes.
•Adapted uniforms for the Fierce Cats, a special needs cheerleading team, improving
the uniforms function for their specific needs.
