I take the action pictures at ice skating competitions in all of Southern California, Arizona, and Las Vegas. We shoot at least 150 pictures for each person that skates, as well as awards pictures when the winners receive their medals. I also help at the sales table, helping the customers navigate thought the pictures as well as selling the packages available. Another thing I help with is uploading all of the pictures and keeping with their existing work flow, and importing purchased pictures onto thumbnails for the customers.

Office Administrator | 04/2007 - Current

This is a family business that I have helped out at since high school. It wasn't until recently, May 2015, that the original office administrator left that I began working full time. I have taken over all office duties from answering phones and emails, invoicing, payroll, paying bills, filing, taxes, HR duties, and shipping parts. I have learned customer service skills in dealing with customers over the phone and ion emails, and how to triage tasks due to what needs to get done first.

Sales Associate, Shift Lead, Stock Lead, Floor Set Team | 05/2010 - 08/2015

As my first job, I wore many hats at American Eagle Outfitters. I began as a sales associate working on the sales floor. I did all the tasks from customer service, to working the register, credit/ loyalty sales, and becoming a certified denim expert. Over multiple holiday seasons I because a seasonal shift lead to help juggle the madness that is Christmas shopping. These duties included all of a sales associate, plus leading the sales team as a whole during my shift. I also did stock shifts, where we would unload the incoming stock, process in accordingly, and restock what needed replenishing on the sales floor. Lastly, I was part of the overnight floor set team. This team was responsible for resetting the store every month to match the corporate documents. I personally dressed and styled all of the mannequins in the store. Also I set the windows and poster displays to match the clothing we were putting out.

Photographer/ Photo Assistant / Crew Lead | 08/2014 - 05/2015

When I started this job I began as a photographer and photo assistant, depending on scheduling you would do either job interchangeably. This meant unloading the cars at shoots, helping to set up all of the lighting and camera equipment, and making sure everything was in working order before the kids showed up. From there you would either groom and position the subjects if you were the assistant, or double checking the grooming, framing, and shooting the subjects if you were the photographer. We worked in schools all over the Inland Empire and Los Angeles. From there I was promoted to a crew lead which was an onsite manager. You were responsible for picking up all of the needed equipment for that days shoot, and driving to the location. In addition to helping organize the assistants and photographers you had the paperwork to fill out for the school and for our office. Also you had more interaction with the office staff and the teachers at the schools to make sure that the day went smoothly.
