Working with high-level Executives is everything you would imagine it to be, ever-changing, unpredictable, and always busy. As an Executive Assistant I have had to continuously prove that I possess the ability to be proactive, remain calm and professional in trying situations, and always possess a can do attitude, regardless of the challenges and obstacles that may arise. 

Fortunately, I am someone who thrives while working under pressure and am extremely organized, almost to the point of OCD. The need to take care of someone comes quite naturally to me, and I enjoy being able to use my experiences to help make people’s lives easier and less stressful. There are several traits that make an irreplaceable employee, but the two I most pride myself in having is integrity and perseverance. 

During my free time, I enjoy writing creatively about anything and everything. It has proven to be very beneficial to be able to write without any restrictions or expectations. I’ve found that writing has helped me develop the mindset of the more you practice something, the more you perfect it. It also has shown me to find unique, and creative ways to problem solve. There’s not one problem that is unsolvable.

Provided administrative and project support to the Sales team in day to day functions while keeping the team organized and efficient. Coordinating packages to send to customers, preparing samples for appointments with clients, and completing production sheets. Managing the sales calendar, booking team travel and itineraries, and ensuring any sample requests by the clients are packaged and sent on time.

Sales Coordinator

Provided high-level administrative support to General Manager and company Directors, with a  focus on organizing company events, such as Sales Conferences, Summits, and group market visits. Organized event venues/facilities and managed all event details such as catering, entertainment, transportation, and promotional materials. Ensured all events created an impactful brand according to brand guidelines. Conducted research, prepared reports, and managed expense reports through Concur. Performed clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and coordinating executive travel plans, itineraries and agendas.

Executive Assistant to General Manager | Sales

Provided high-level administrative support for President. Served as a liaison for all internal and external communications pertaining to the President, while organizing and coordinating executive travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Oversaw and facilitated all meetings and events from start to finish for the team and clients. Created engaging social media posts and facilitated online correspondence with clients and responded to queries. Assisted with all branding and marketing materials. Handled matters expeditiously, proactively, and followed-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.


Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities included extensive administrative duties, acting as the Spa ambassador, assisting with all start up procedures, managing multiple therapists’ schedules, handling product and service sales, and processing and stocking all inventory. Possessed a professional and friendly demeanor with various guest accommodations, while maintaining a working knowledge of all spa services. Ensured all credit card and cash transactions were processed correctly and efficiently. 

Spa Ambassador

Responsibilities included handling errands and previewing properties. Assisted with basic clerical support such as: taking messages, scheduling appointments, marketing, and filing important and confidential documents. Assisted in researching new markets, following up on sales prospects, and providing status reports directly to management.
