I have been searching for a career that allows me to work in an environment where I feel that I’m making a difference, all while using my background and education in the health and wellness field.  I have my degree in Kinesiology, with experience in professional event planning, athletic training, action sport industries and experience working with companies requiring excellent communications skills. I am seeking work opportunities that not only utilize my interpersonal skills, but allows me to grow and add value to the company’s objectives.

Design and implement comprehensive training programs based on individual or group goals. Programs include initial fitness tests/measurements, nutrition, resistance training, flexibility, injury prevention, adaptive and functional movement.
