. I bring with me experience working events in multiple liquor promotional companies, experience as a merchandising manager, as well as an organized and detail-oriented work ethic to the role. I also was on the TEAM ambassador team for the past three years.
I have 2 years of experience working on the brand ambassador team for Monster Energy in Phoenix, AZ. I also have a combined 4 years of event experience working for brands such as Bacardi, MillerCoors, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, and Fireball as well as being the event lead for a TV channel competition. I was also a merchandising manager for a promotional company, working directly with the distributor as well as having to deal with logistics, expenses, staffing, spreadsheets, power points, and events.


•	Kept track of inventory at the storage unit by keeping the different drink brands organized and the paperwork filled out and filed by using basic mathematical skills.
•	Maintained a positive image for the brand by remaining positive and encouraging other team members to grow out of their comfort zones. Maintained a healthy work environment by remaining positive throughout the long hours of the shift.
•	Addressed large and small crowds with the brand information by utilizing customer service skills and answering any brand questions they may have. Worked large events such as NASCAR and Super Cross.
•	Increased the brands sales by scouting out potential events within our key demographic and relaying them to management.


•	Promoted and marketed brands within the MilllerCoors portfolio through trainings, memorization and practice.
•	Scouted potential event locations containing the products’ key demographics through networking.
•	Set up and worked golf tournaments such as the Jared Allen Wounded Warrior Project tournament, and Superbowl’s Legends of the Game tournament.
•	Kept a healthy work environment through interpersonal customer service skills and staying positive and upbeat.
•	Provided documentation of events and consumer feedback through Excel and photos.


Brand Ambassador

•	Set up and executed events for brands such as Bacardi, Miller Coors, and their respective sub brands.
•	Managed and document details of events in target markets by noting customer feedback and taking photos.
•	Provided information to increase consumer awareness and educate them about a product. This increased sales of the target product.
•	Collected, organized, and provided reports on data from each event with up to 15 for each product. 
•	Maintained a healthy environment for myself as well as the consumer by staying positive and utilizing customer service skills.


•	Promoted to merchandising manager from brand ambassador after one year due to organizational and leadership skills as well as brand knowledge.
•	Knowledge of all brands in Young’s Market’s portfolio. Studied brands to increase knowledge on taste, quality, production, and key demographic.
•	Educated staff at on and off premise sites in order to increase sales and also so further questions by consumers could be answered appropriately after my departure from the site.
•	Responsible for keeping working inventory of product, a working relationship with Young’s Market representatives, and ensuring models have all product and brand information they needed.
•	Inventory and scheduling for models was done through Excel and Google Calendar. Brand information was presented through Power Point presentations.


Merchandising Manager/ Brand Ambassador

•	Responsible for all tables, backdrops, POS items and giveaways for TV channel competition. Set up and tore down event each day.
•	Hired team members to work multiple events under my direction.
•	Kept a running inventory and record of time sheets for each employee through Excel.
•	Saw each event executed start to finish until final event with special guest speakers.
