Seeking a full- time position where my excitement for all things fashion can be exploited. A great communicator, highly organized with a keen eye for detail, and loves working in a fast-paced team environment with shifting priorities. I rely on experience and judgment to accomplish my goals. 

-Develop complete tech packs including: detailed specifications, construction details, BOM, and technical drawings
-Own life cycle from tech pack creation, fit approvals from proto to TOP approval for multiple private label brands
-Be able to accurately assess garments for fit and spec; measure samples, create specs, finalize grading, identify issues & give thorough information to make complete corrections with oversea factories
-Enhance fit and quality with review of customer comments
-Live model fitting experience
-Resolve and communicate fit and construction issues to suppliers and internal partners
-Exhibit strong understanding of fit and construction standards to ensure brand consistency and quality
-Measure samples received from Proto through to TOP samples in a timely manner
-Execute fit comments in a timely manner to ensure fit process stays in line with production and action timelines
-Cross examine sample against information in the Tech Pack and against previous sample to ensure consistency and call out any discrepancies to team
-Document clear and precise notes for any changes to the garments during fit sessions

Responsible for the following:
•	Assembly of tech packs from development stages through production
•	Develop technical specifications including measurement specs, grading and construction details
•	Works closely with creative designers, pre-production, production and executives
•	Attend all fittings for 1st samples through production and record accurate measurements and fit notes on spec sheets
•	Facilitate the transition of apparel styles from design concept / first prototype to a final, production-ready sample offering solutions to correct fit and construction details for challenging styles
•	Analyze garments to determine compliance of spec, construction, fit and design intent
•	Daily correspondence with import factories sending and tracking comments and follow up on proto, PPS, TOP and shipment samples.
•	Work within calendar time constraints prioritizing workload to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
•	Manage library of block patterns to maintain fit consistency within product categories
•	Update tech packs after each fitting illustrating pattern corrections and style comments using Excel, Illustrator and Photoshop
•	Answering fit, spec, pattern, trim and construction questions

Responsible for the following:
•	Produce and present design concepts to internal clients.
•	Ownership for project deliverables; strong communication and time management skills.
•	Knowledge of Steelcase and other custom producers.
•	Comfortable managing large projects with multiple team members/stakeholders.
•	High attention to detail and a keen eye for design, fabrics, and graphics.
