Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving the company mission, vision, and values. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implement org-wide structure and goal setting, manage contracted employees' performance, coordinate, develop & oversee org-wide operations. Work to build inclusive culture that drives high performance and org-outcomes. Ensure: recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and staff/contractor retention. Work closely with legal in drafting agreements, contracts, MOUs, etc. As HOP: manage day-to-day operations, ensure project deadlines, create & implement SOPs, manage ongoing projects and staff, collaborate across departments for media distribution, and oversee budget.

Write and edit high-quality content pieces for a digital bulletin in a variety of styles and voices within the following subject areas: natural history, non- fiction, cultural and expedition. Freelance writer responsible for two to three, 750-word count, articles per month.

Foster the growth, development, and safety of all program participants while onboard SSV Vela as a member of the Global Expeditions Group team. Facilitate leadership workshops in remote locations, on-land/at sea, and across three oceans.
