Vecna Technologies is a leading medical technology company offering Vetlink patient check-in software and kiosks at VA hospitals throughout the US. My responsibilities include classroom and deskside training for clerks, nurses, doctors and administrators. In addition, I handle troubleshooting and technical support during deployment of the system and provide coaching and encouragement to Veterans to help them understand and embrace the new toolset.

ReviewBuzz is a leading online reputation management company that focuses on generating authentic customer reviews. The goal is to increase ratings on popular review sites, such as Google Places, Yelp and Facebook, by offering great service and capitalizing on review opportunities. I am responsible for managing the growth and operation of the client services and product development teams.

Verve Wireless is the leader in local mobile advertising. The Verve platform provides advertisers the only national network of high-quality local and hyper-local media. While at Verve, I was responsible for managing new client integration, technical support and account management; and helped to grow the client base to more than 1000 local media sites.

NTN Buzztime, delivers interactive games and front-of-house technologies to the casual and fine-dining industry. While at NTN, I managed their Software & Wireless product line and was responsible for implementing tactical marketing programs to meet lead and revenue targets. I managed sales via a direct and indirect sales force, handled tradeshow coordination for national and regional shows and developed sales collateral to support the dynamic product line.

Stellcom (acquired by CalAmp), a leading wireless systems integration firm, provided engineering solutions to the mobile-computing market. While at Stellcom, I developed customer communication tools such as sell sheets, whitepapers and primers. In addition, we underwent a total rebranding and I lead the redo of the corporate website and multi-media collateral projects such as sales CD's, Flash demos and presentations.
