I consult with private label clothing brands around the world. I do everything from working with their design teams all the way through production to make sure their development cycle runs correctly. I work closely with domestic and oversea's manufacturing to help with costing, quality control, and negotiating. Once these clothing brands have the correct development cycle, I work closely with them to ensure they are using the right sales avenues, marketing and PR firms.

Sweet Cheeks Intimate Apparel, Inc.

Owner | 01/2016 - 07/2018

After seeing a hole in the Northern California region, I decided to open up an intimate apparel boutique that celebrated all body types. The biggest success was that we provided specialty products for sizes 0-4XL, maternity and mastectomy. We also offered lounge wear, swim wear and lingerie. I saw so much success within my first year of business that I was able to open up two more boutiques within the following year. The mission of all boutiques was to ensure everyone who walked through our doors felt catered too and appreciated. We also saw success through our in-store and community events. My main responsibilities were: -Wholesale and inventory planning, including buying trips -Implementing and monitoring our monthly KPI's -Overseeing a sales team of up to 15 employees -Merchandising and logistics -Marketing and brand management -Designing and maintaining our website and social media accounts -Business Management and investments
