• managing 90 consumer accounts
• organizing/attending all relevant meetings with consumers, their families, school staff and outside service vendors
• coordinating all needed assessments (nursing, medical, psychological/developmental, education or vocational)
• preparing and completing all monthly reports, documentation and paperwork within given timelines
• evaluating quarterly consumer progress plans and reports to ensure all rights are maintained in all provisions of service
• performing as a member of a customer service team in high stress and crisis intervention situations

• coordinating trade show set ups, shipping and travel logistics
• booth merchandising and sales for all trade events, (LA Market Weeks, ENK New York/Las Vegas, trunk shows) managing sample sale events
• management all of products, samples, props and furniture visuals in showroom, window fronts and booths
• sourcing new wholesale accounts and providing line sheets/other marketing materials as needed
• managing accounts, entering POs, providing ETAS, processing RMAs, resolving quality control/cost issues
