• Recruited to be the design-change-agent for Elevate NV Magazine and the agency that owned it. • Together w/ sales team, increased ad sales of Elevate NV Magazine through innovative and fresh design. • Conceptualized, designed and managed every aspect of this monthly magazine. • Directed, conceptualized, pitched and designed profitable campaigns for retail, F&B and hospitality consisting of daily print campaigns / print collateral / web assets creation and countless web deliverables.

• Conceptualized and designed all marketing needs including daily deliverables for print and web, social, mobile / tablet, in English and Spanish (translation provided). • Worked directly with the sales team and C-level executives to create effective sales collateral. • Conceptualized and designed assets and collateral for international events that boosted sales and fetched bonuses for executives. • Mentored and directed junior designers.

• Contract Creative Director for The Stratosphere Resort, Hotel & Casino - Directed 8 person design staff on daily and seasonal campaigns, with daily deliverables for print, web, social, digital signage, while also leading my own higher-level campaigns with the same kinds of deliverables. • Contract Creative Director for Today in Las Vegas Magazine - Conceptualized, designed and produced the weekly publication while also redesigning / resizing hundreds of assets for website and social media, including photo art direction, photo manipulation, production and on-time delivery of all assets.

• Served as design expert for Diamond Cake Magazine and directed / managed all daily agency operations. • Art directed agency design staff, as well as freelance designers and copywriters, while also focusing on conceptualization and design of projects assigned to me. • Established look-n-feel and conceptualized / art directed campaigns with daily print and web deliverables, as well as a monthly magazine. • Contract Art Director for Virgin Advertising in Las Vegas, NV, assigned to one-of-a-kind projects that included conceptualization, design and photo shoots with real people, resulting in print / web assets. • Contract Art Director for Parametrix Engineering in Seattle, WA, designing print and digital presentations. • Contract Art Director for Peninsula A La Carte Magazine in San Francisco, CA. Conceptualized, designed and per-pressed the publication. Served as point of contact with the printer in China.

• Conceptualized and designed new products including customizable stationery, calendars, magazines, extensive wedding stationery, and greeting cards, internal marketing materials and process infographics. • Pitched to C-level executives. • Performed as the art department for two large print shops, created concepts and functioned as designer, production artist, photography director, illustrator, and copywriter.
