Tackle Express Website Design

TackleExpress.com – Website Design & Digital Optimization Project

As the Lead Visual Creative for Tackle Express, I oversaw a complete refresh of the brand’s digital presence with a focus on improving user experience, visual cohesion, and conversion performance. My role included redesigning core website layouts, creating new graphic assets, optimizing product pages, and improving mobile responsiveness to better reflect the brand’s identity as a trusted SoCal tackle retailer.

I modernized the site’s visual system using clean typography, improved color hierarchy, and consistent lifestyle-focused imagery that highlights real anglers and real gear. I also enhanced navigation flows, simplified product discovery, and implemented UX improvements that reduced friction on the path to purchase. In addition, I collaborated on seasonal landing pages, homepage hero campaigns, and educational content layouts designed to capture search intent and increase customer engagement.

Through ongoing optimization, creative production, and A/B testing, I helped elevate the brand’s digital storytelling while strengthening its e-commerce performance and overall customer experience.

I’m a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer based in Santa Clarita, California — creating authentic visual stories for outdoor and fishing brands.

As an angler myself, I understand the lifestyle from the inside out — the early mornings, the taxing patience, the respect for the water, and the connection to nature that drives us. Brand Creative Manager

As the Digital Content Manager for Promar & Ahi USA, I led creative direction and digital strategy across the brand’s media platforms — developing visual content that connects with anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and retailers nationwide.

My work focused on storytelling that celebrates fishing culture while highlighting the innovation and reliability behind Promar & Ahi USA’s gear. From concept to publication, I managed the full content pipeline — photography, videography, design, and marketing coordination — to ensure brand consistency and impact.

Co-founded an online fishing apparel business with designs for anglers of all ages; responsible for managing facebook account to increase traffic to web page. Designing innovative T-shirt prints and all branding materials including literature, marketing materials, and photography.

Collected vital signs; provided counseling of birth control methods, STDs as well as medical and clinical terminations. Administered injections, performed venipuncture and finger-stick tests. Assisted clinicians with consecutive translations for Spanish-speaking patients during procedures.

Reproductive Health Assistant

Counseled clients in person and via telephone regarding Medicare and Medicaid law. Trained as a paralegal to report fraudulent Medicare claims; served in outreach programs at community fairs. Screened clients and helped them apply for savings programs and supplemental income
