As the merchandising team lead I worked on styling all mannequins in the store to contribute to the overall look and atmosphere that the company strives for. My responsibilities also included analyzing sales charts and making appropriate merchandising decisions for the overall success and growth of business.

As the senior team lead I worked on the operational side of the Company, I was trained to work on scheduling, payroll, conducting interviews and hiring new team members. Training all new hires, participated in department business walkthroughs and leading opening and closing meetings. My position overlooked all of the team lead members and associates, developing my strong leadership skills.
