Responded to hundreds of emails in regard to customer orders from 10 different Amazon storefronts, as
well as orders placed through Walmart, Target, and NewEgg. Occasionally answered phone calls to support customers, but most contact was through emails with customer. Responded to charge-backs and A to Z claims through Amazon portal as well. Assisted the accounts receivable and accounts payable
team as needed with credit memos and data input. Tools used were WebApps, MAS, and Outlook email
client.

Customer Service Representative

(Finance Business Process Integration team)
Creation of mass-separation training documents for Craft Human Resources group. Maintained global
US payroll and holiday calendars. Processed 401k balances for Expats returning from International
Assignment, Christmas bonuses for Puerto Rico, maintained SAP tables for Craft/Union/Salaried
employees globally, processed mass upload requests for incentive payments, foreign currency
conversions, and TOWP uplifts. Participated in implementation of new countries/new projects globally.
Assisted in a new disaster recovery plan for Payroll to be able to identify most recent payroll payments
easily and quickly. Assisted Payroll implementation of the new W4 for 2020, as well as a new automated
garnishment application. Created a report for our government group to easily identify all US employees
who made over $250,000 including all Fluor entities, any international assignments, and all personnel
numbers each employee may have based on name and social security number (typically took Payroll two months to manually perform this process annually).

Senior Financial Analyst

(Human Resources Business Process Integration team)
Provided functional and technical consulting expertise to the Human Resources Organization with a focus on data and its use across multiple systems, interfaces, and businesses. Served as the interface between
HR, IT, Management, consultants, and vendors for any HR systems related projects. Worked closely with cross-functional groups on refining and implementing processes and systems to best meet the needs
of the business. Manage multiple projects to enhance existing systems. Developed processes,
communications, and system training to end users globally. Developed ad-hoc reports as requested and submitted system defect requests. Monitored the IDM help desk tickets and HR email inbox. Created
training documents using uPerform and conducted HR user training in all HR system. Performed
troubleshooting for Compensation, Benefits, and HR administrators on HR systems as part of the HRIS
hotline. Assisted Benefits with open enrollment by making corrections to employee selections. During
2018, was highly involved in the implementation of a new payroll system for India which included
requirements reviews, implementation, and finally training to end users (this was mostly a Finance initiative, but obviously affected HR and that was my role). Processed mass uploads of all employee
actions to help support Data Management group.

Supervisor Human Resources

Implemented the Org Management Core team to maintain the global hierarchy (took access away from regions). Created a team of Organizational Design Consultants (ODC) based on Business Line and
Function to own their structures. Oversaw entire re-organization of the Company from Level III all the way down as part of the Cascade project led by the Boston consulting Group. Also implemented a new
Global Expat policy globally. Created several new audit reports sustaining the global hierarchy based on
the rules implemented as part of the Cascade project. Processed mass uploads to support all the organizational changes as a result of BCG, as well as all employee actions. As part of the HCM
Initiative, I participated in requirements development meetings to create Smart Forms in anticipation of rolling out a new HRIS system. Created all spreadsheets to design, test, and implement new forms that
related to Organizational Management. Oversaw implementation of Electronic File Management system.
Was nominated to attend an online Harvard Leadership course in 2017.

Supervisor Human Resources Workforce and Data Analytics/Organizational Management

(Human Resources Business Process Integration team)
Same as above from July 2018 - April 2019. Also implemented the automation of the Fluor Government
Group's annual benefit enrollment process from beginning to end with requirements review, go-live, all
communication and training to end users, and finally corrections to employee choices after enrollment.

Human Resources Specialist II

Administered the Service Award Program (globally) and the Retirement Award Program (US and Canada). This included generating monthly reports as well as tracking down missing packages,
expediting employee concerns to the vendor. Implemented "non-responder" letters to remind employees to order their awards in a timely manner. Also responsible for the creation and distribution of daily,
weekly audit reports to the various business lines. Created ad-hoc reports for our Mobility group to audit
Expat assignments, incentives, and allowances. Back-up data entry for disposition of domestic and international hires, re-hires, separations, salaried transfers, assignment changes and relocations, basic pay
changes, job changes, changes to incentives and allowances, as well as corrective actions. Back-up for Organizational Management through SRW process throughout the year but mostly during annual re-org.
Eventually appointed to oversee the entire Organizational structure of the company by training non-US
offices on how to create and maintain their hierarchy so that each region could be responsible and more
attentive to the hierarchy year round, not just at salary planning and annual re-org time. Created
employee survey for Service Award Satisfaction, as well as a survey for overall effectiveness of the Employee Record Group. Also maintained the Employee Records Infobase website. Assisted in ConOps
annual benefit enrollment process by processing mass uploads of employee medical, dental, life insurance
choices.

Information/Records Specialist III Employee Records Department

Supported the Director II of Human Resources and the Senior VP, HR & Administration. Duties included the creation of all New Hire Offer Letters and Settlement & Release Agreements, monitored executive
perquisite and real estate loan programs. Created the Organizational & Compensation Committee "Blue Books" for the Board of Directors, created promotion to and decertification from Executive
Management Team/Officer letters, administered and tracked executive stock programs quarterly. Solely
responsible for processing all move offer letters and transition award letters for employees affected by
Corporate's decision to move to Texas.

Senior Administrative Assistant Executive Compensation

Assisted Southern California Sales Manager and team of approximately 18 Sales Executives and Business
Development Executives. Responsibilities included maintaining CSM calendar, coordinating monthly
team meetings and quarterly sales reviews, processing sales reports, maintaining client/deal information,
processing of new-hire paperwork and separations, processing of expense reports and sundry invoices,
ordering and maintaining offices supplies and machines, processing of purchase orders, processing of quarterly commissions and bonuses. Duties also included answering and redirecting incoming calls,
maintaining employee files, booking a high volume of travel arrangement, and proposal support.

Executive Assistant

Assisted Account Executive and team of approximately 20 Information Analyst and Programmers at the EDS account at Avery Dennison's worldwide headquarters. Duties included processing of expense
reports, accounts receivable, processing purchase orders, processing of all new-hire paperwork and separations, and maintaining employee files.

Part of an administrative team that supported six Team Managers and approximately 120 employees.
Duties included maintaining account and project org charts, phone list, seating chart, timesheet collection and internal re-billing to EDS accounts (half a million dollars monthly). Processing of all new hire
paperwork and separations, coordination quarterly Southern California Area Manager Meetings and
employee town-halls.
