- Supervised and scheduled a staff of 16 lifeguards to ensure proper coverage and enforcement of pool rules
- Maintained payroll records for lifeguard staff
- Established tracking method and collected cash payments for swim lessons
- Instructed group swimming lessons for children aged 1 to 9; Lifeguarded pool and diving area
