•	Managed various marketing programs, events and Co-op requests with builders, dealers and distributors. 
•	Manage the online marketing e-store with sales reps and outside vendors.
•	Maintain proper inventory levels of marketing collateral, tools and samples. Online e-store available to our outside sales representatives, dealers and distributors. Communicate with sales and outside vendors to ensure that inventory levels and shipments are updated.

Marketing Specialist

•	Responsible for distribution and monitoring of newly originated consumer loan applications submitted thru the website by territory to senior loan officers for initial review. 
•	Coordinate and assist senior loan officers in the loan process to ensure that loans get processed accurately and timely.   Verified customer information on loan applications to ensure that all qualifications were met.  Maintained monthly sales goals on a consistent basis. 
•	Implemented new declination and exception process for unqualified applicants or pending applications that required additional consumer information. Responsible for consumer and loan officer coordination.   Verification that credit guidelines were in compliance.
