I am a graduate from Colorado State University with a degree in Apparel Design and Production with a minor in Business. I just wrapped up my internship with Rodarte LLC. in Los Angeles, CA in May.
	
	My aesthetic admires precise fit, beadwork and intricacy, avant-garde print, feminine silhouettes and uniqueness that I put into every one of my garments. My East Indian background inspires a lot of my work. Having studied abroad in Florence, Italy, I have acquired a refined taste of fashion and adept sketching, hand-crafting and sewing abilities. I studied Haute Couture techniques, working with feathers, leather and metal, Footwear and Jewelry Design, Draping and Flat Patternmaking. I am also skilled in CAD programs like Modaris, Kaledo, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Microsoft Office. I have also been the Officer for Outreach and Development for the student group of Fashion Group International in Denver, and being in this position has helped me give back to my community while learning more about the industry through networking with industry professionals and organizing fashion shows..

Carried out tasks assigned including hand-sewing labels to finished garments, packing and shipping orders, quality control checks for finished garments and prints, shopping for fabrics, scanning and labeling fabric swatches, organizing and maintaining the warehouse and studio
