Liaison between service department, sales department, customers, and vendors for one of the largest bike shops in the state. Solving customer and employee issues and complaints. QC on all major repairs for E-Bikes and analog bikes.

Service Manager

Responsible for managing both sales and service for entire store. Lead technician for all major services. Responsible for warranties and vendor sales. Training oversight of new employees.

Shop Manager

Lead Technician for bicycle and ski/snowboard related services. Responsible for all incoming service. Training coordinator for all service center employees.

Service Shop Lead

Responsible for sales and customer service for online bicycle retailer. Answering inbound calls, emails, and chats to solve customer issues and to assist with purchasing of bikes and gear.

Sales/Customer Service

Responsible for all major repairs, basic and advanced bike service. E-Bike tech certified for Brose, Bosch, and Shimano. Wheel building. Suspension service.
