Manage all aspects of sales for North America, Europe & Australia including Distributors, Wholesale, Retail Store front & eCommerce sales. Previously: Sport Chalet, EMS, L.L Bean, Urban Outfitters & Cabelas • Develop and manage sales programs, category initiatives, and monthly forecasts for wholesale accounts. • Plan and oversee 2 annual sales meetings with sales team. • Produce monthly sales information and review rep performance quarterly. • Negotiate discount/marketing programs with key retailers with revenue greater than $2M annually. • Set bi-annual product pricing while meeting gross margin targets and researching competitive products in the market to keep Snow Peak products pricing in line with competitors and foreseeing opportunities. • Develop and Implement marketing plan to increase product sales to wholesale dealers. Create incentive programs for W/S accounts & pre-season terms to assist with forecasting. • Oversee distributors and key direct accounts in Europe, Australia & Canada. • Attend and help with planning of all industry & consumer trade shows (5-7 yearly) both in N. America & Europe. • Develop detailed plan to bring 2-7 products to market per year, partnering with key launch retailers & coordinating with PR push. • Oversee daily operation of Customer Service Dept. including training & creation of SOPs for repeatable functions. • Instrumental in growing Snow Peak from $2M to a project $7.8M for 2015.

As Sales & Marketing Coordinator I assumed the responsibility of being the account manager for all Key Accounts and in-house NW Territory. This consisted of product presentations, pitching seasonal sales programs, and managing inventory allocations for open POs.
