Content Director

Transformed the organization’s efficiency by creating a streamlined approach to copywriting and brand content, boosting cross-functional collaboration, and transitioning from a strictly B2B operation to including B2C messaging. Managed all text development, including product marketing, product management, and digital, broadcast, and published media. 
•	Authored the script for the company’s first national television commercial, heightening exposure and brand awareness. 
•	Designed and produced the annual live event, “Bold,” capitalizing on extensive experience in live event production to revamp and improve the nationwide subscriber and customer experience.
