Leading one of the Top teams in the Southern California area is John Faheem, who has over 7 years of experience in financial analytics, accounting and operational management. Since arriving at Wells Fargo & Co., John has shaped the Mortgage team by standardizing processes, improving productivity and reporting while increasing overall efficiency for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. 

In addition to joining Wells Fargo, John served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the West End Real Estate Professionals "WEREP", where he leveraged achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls and productivity to help the 501(c)6 nonprofit company grow and maximize profits while improving operations. 

Prior to his work in the retail sector, John was the Chief Operating Officer for a chain of Tax and Accounting firms in the Southern California Area. As a California native and education enthusiast, John currently holds two degrees; his Bachelors from the University of California Riverside & MBA from California Baptist University. 

Directed all operations of a 35-person branch encompassing controllership, business operations,
decision support, financial planning and analysis, sales reporting and business systems. Review monthly and
daily financial activities to guarantee optimal financial performance while implementing
immediate changes when necessary.

Directed all financial functions and taxation while assuming a strategic role in the overall
management of the non-profit organization. Primary day-to-day responsibilities include planning,
implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the organization (P&L’s,
GL’s and Taxes). Liaison to the U.S Department of Treasury and Secretary of State. Directed and
oversaw all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. Ensure credibility
of the Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and
forecast modeling.

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Operations Officer, I ensured all staff had the relevant training to support all daily job
functions, policies, procedures and federal regulations. Developed, coached and hired all
subordinate staff at ten locations under my direct supervision. Managed all accounting functions
and developed all plans for the corporation to reestablish its long-term and short-term operational
goals to guarantee expansion plans were executed accordingly. Up-coached, facilitated and trained
all CPA’s, EA’s and Tax preparers on a monthly and weekly basis.

Chief Operations Officer

Account executive for higher educational sales and operations covering areas located in the Inland Valley corridor. Led all marketing campaigns and ventures for over 30,000 consumers. Created innovative marketing and sales approaches to expand Apple’s reach in the area. Directed and implemented over 40 different programs over a 2-year period. Maintained executive level relationships with CEO’s, CFO’s and other C-level Executives.
