Achievement: Led the design team through explosive growth with HP (220K-4M) and was responsible for overseeing all projects and ensuring they met brand guidelines and standards.

Achievement: Led design team in creation of HP Email design system for worldwide communications.

Achievement: Concepted and created a multi-channel campaign that aided in selling out a large-format printer for HP that costs $1M+.

Lead Designer

Creates and delivers design work for the department to Account Managers, as requested. Design work includes static graphics (social, infographics, web designs), animations, video production, video post-production, photography production, photography post-production, and/or illustrations. Participates in applicable brand brainstorm meetings. Ideates on specific deliverables and prepares with ideas and/or sketches ahead of time.
