•	Responsible for the on-boarding and integration of internally developed, third party stand alone and cloud-based (SaaS) software solutions into the organization’s multi-campus environment. 

•	Managed and mentored a team of 15 individuals.

•	Conducted contract and pricing negotiation, product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, end-user training, maintenance and internal and external customer support.

•	Deployed and provided operational support of a cloud-based, event management solution with API integration to an in-house CRM system providing increased brand awareness, geographic and demographic reach and improved user, customer and web experience resulting in increased attendance at campus events.

•	Project managed the engagement of a third party vendor in the delivery of an online virtual conference hosting 87 speakers and 205 training sessions with start times in each global time zone for 3000+ virtual attendees.

•	Collaborated with senior management, general staff and technical resources in the development of a regional campus check-in system reducing check-in wait times by 75%.

•	Managed cross functional teams in the development and delivery of live, simulated live and video on demand (VOD) content using cloud-based solutions (Akamai and Amazon Web Services) resulting in excess of 10,000 online attendees each week.

Director of Systems Integration

•	Technology director for one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) space.

•	Responsible for deployment, integration, maintenance and support of corporate Business Application Systems (ERP) and IT infrastructure to advance the development of more efficient and effective business processes and improvement of service level agreements (SLA).

•	Managed and mentored a team of 10 individuals.

•	Implemented a MAS500 enterprise procurement application delivering a streamlined workflow process, enhanced user experience and a more robust business intelligence analytics tool for executive management.

•	Managed the RFP / RFQ vendor and product selection process involving top-tier consulting firms for the enterprise’s ERP Business Process Assessment and ERP Selection Project.  Oracle, SAP and MS Dynamics were the evaluated and SAP Business Suite was selected.

•	Managed the deployment of a server virtualization (VMWare) environment delivering an initial $100k IT infrastructure cost avoidance.

Director of Business Applications Systems & IT Operations

•	Responsible for a team of financial and data analysts in the preparation of complex and critical business metrics for one of the nation’s leading wireless providers.

•	Responsibilities included decision support tool development, data integration, technical analysis and development of annual operating plans.

•	Managed and mentored a team of 9, including consultants.

•	Implemented a third party sales reporting system to track customer behavior, delivering a closer to real-time reporting system, a more robust Business Intelligence analytics tool and reallocation of 80 man-hours per week.

•	Project managed the development of sophisticated software logic reducing sales related expenses by $3.6M in the first year of deployment.

•	Created and conducted business intelligence tool training sessions for company employees delivering increased awareness, understanding and focus on the company’s business drivers while reducing internal customer calls to the analytics team by 10%.

Senior Manager, Financial/Data Analysis & Reporting

•	Network/LAN Administrator supporting a Novell 4.11 and Windows server environment
•	LAN Administrator for over 350 servers across the United States
