The majority of my experience is in footwear with a background in e-commerce, marketing, retail, merchandising and consumer and marketplace strategy. I have a progressive approach to achieving results with a focus on buying & merchandising strategy, innovative experiences, strategic planning, and consumer insights. These skills and abilities allowed me to increase Sneaker’s brand performance,  achieve meaningful results, and build a meaningful customer experience.  I was able to adapt in a quickly changing environment and build a community around the Sneaker brand.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & MERCHANDISING
•	Managed a quarterly 250-unit Sneaker apparel line and executed proper merchandising strategies that yielded $40,000/year
•	Worked in partnership with the Design, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams at Saucony to create a sneaker that met the desired $80 retail price point and market appeal and evaluated all prototypes to ensure correct details and workmanship in accordance with operating retail calendar goals
•	Executed and managed the Saucony product creation process from inception to completion, with 100% sell-through in 60 days of 1200 units, yielding an overall revenue of $96,000.00

STORE EXPERIENCE & INNOVATION
•	Transformed historic 1887 Charleston, SC carriage house into a state-of-the-art, immersive shopping experience featuring local and global brands
•	Developed in-store experiences with local food, coffee, retail brands and musicians to drive acquisition and cultivation of customers
•	Regularly featured local and regional photographers/artists in the space to heighten visual experience alongside product displays 

CONSUMER INSIGHTS & DIGITAL MARKETING
•	Developed online marketing and multi-channel plans across the appropriate channels and mediums, including email, paid advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, and on-site marketing
•	Developed and executed creative ways to attract new customers and engage existing customers to achieve an outstanding customer experience
•	Interacted with outside web development team to implement new features, such as website improvements, and to manage conversion rate optimization and workmanship in accordance with operating calendar goals

STRATEGIC PLANNING & CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
•	Utilized metric-driven decision making within a yearly $250,000 buying budget for category management, future product volume forecasting, consumer demand, geography and trend awareness
•	Conducted regular, detailed analyses on product line health to increase profit opportunities and productivity and to stay on top of industry trends
•	Identified and mitigated potential challenges using agile decision-making practices and end-to-end strategies

COLLABORATION
•	Partnered with Saucony and Oliver Cabell to determine design and consumer insights throughout product campaign development
•	Collected and digested data to present a clear story in both written and verbal presentations for brand partners
•	Effectively communicated across business units and with distributed key stakeholders
•	Worked with local/national professional athlete, celebrity and fashion influencers

ENGAGEMENT
•	Managed internal team of 4 people to build strong relationships, culture, and team spirit
•	Partnered with Puma and Saucony to curate and develop personalized brand experiences for the community
•	Created social media content to drive engagement and ambassadorship of new initiatives and products with our 8,000 Instagram followers
•	Implemented a sustainable product initiative that increased revenue by 50% and helped lower the impact on our environment
