Supervise customer service team for Electric & Rose Clothing line, manage daily office duties, help manage the sales team nationwide. Ensuring both retail accounts and sales representatives receive exemplary service. Established job descriptions
and department policies. Responsible for product allocation to large customer base/ retail
accounts (Full Circle WMS system). Maintain department during and help to establish increase in sales and
the addition of assisting in all aspects of daily operations. Inventory and sales analysis; report
sales and shipping goals to owners. Collaborate with credit department, production and warehouse staff with regards to receiving and shipping product on time. Handles all EDI and partners with IT department to develop and implement in house Rep ordering system. Responsible for training, performance reviews of customer service staff.
