Hey there! My name is John Elijah Richards, an adventurous creative professional with over 11 years experience in driving the designing, management and execution of forward-thinking, cutting edge campaigns for E-Commerce driven clients and brands, with a strong passion for creating intimate and memorable customer journeys.

Responsible for managing and maintaining the end-consumer focused website and a back-office website for VIETRI’s retailers and sales representatives. Working closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to determine sales goals and branding initiatives for the VIETRI website and the Senior Graphic Designer who directs all design aspects of the website and promotional email calendar. Working directly with outside agencies to ensure website programming needs are met and manage new initiatives or developments that involve either Agenne or SAP/ZedIT.

• Manages website development including content optimization, online product catalog, adding new products to the retail and wholesale websites as well as usability and functional enhancements
• Meets website E-Commerce sales growth targets as determined by the VP of Sales and Marketing.
• Tracks sales by month, item, state, etc. and presents to management team on a monthly basis.
• Identifies, develops, and implements strategic online promotional opportunities for both websites to meet sales growth targets.
• Work with Marketing to develop and maintain ongoing E-Commerce promotional calendar.
• Tracking and analyzing effectiveness and ROI of the website and web promotions and programs in cooperation with Sales and Marketing goals.

Additional responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement web-based applications to support business requirements. Following approved life cycle methodologies, creating design documents, and performing program coding and testing. Resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

- Responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems.

- Troubleshooting system problems and issues and look for ways to improve the application. High knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular fields (i.e., HTML, Shopify, digital marketing SAP, etc.) relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Designing and constructing web pages/sites including incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Maintaining and providing ongoing design of the website, banners, seasonal content specials and custom chat launcher design for partners.

Research e-commerce trends and data in order to provide expert information regarding promotions, branding, media channels, and other key information for marketing success. Guide the implementation strategies for various products. Develop and manage marketing programs to support online business objectives, lead acquisition initiatives, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance branding goals.

Responsible for overall performance, creative direction, brand persona, and omni-channel presence of www.IGWM.co specializing in positioning the brand through unique customer journey roadmaps, customer experiences, and powerful storytelling that embodies the brands mission statement. Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic eCommerce plan using existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a bold and unique brand experience.

• Created and successfully launched a successful eCommerce store with a strong online and social media presence.
• Direct marketing initiatives and general business solutions that result in increased company exposure, customer traffic, and sales.
