Quality engineer 

I bring a vast array of skills and experience from my long tenure at a successful e-bike company. My experience in engineering, quality, compliance, design, manufacturing, project management, and travel to global factories, means I can plug into many different teams and have an ability to collaborate between them efficiently. I work with product design teams and original suppliers to improve upon new or existing products to ensure manufacturability and safety for the final consumer. I can get my hands dirty with the details while enabling teams and others to work more efficiently in their project tasks and timelines. -Product development process design and improvements -Regulatory Compliance, Consumer Product Safety ( CPSC) & UL testing -APQP planning and implementation -Quality Control and oversees manufacturing of bicycles, parts, accessories and raw materials -APQP planning and implementation -Development of product requirements and control plans -Managing cross functional projects and teams globally
