Responsible for working with the core development team to ensure concepts being advanced in the early stages of development are compliant with applicable regulations, meet internal safety standards, and will meet the expectations of the consumer from a quality perspective.

Responsible for 80 teammates in junior and senior seasons at the NCAA Division 1 level, including building team morale, teaching techniques, advising and counseling teammates. As a student athlete I learned to balance my schoolwork with athletics and exercise judgment under pressure.
