*	Execute product style tech packs via Adobe Creative Suite, Centric PLM, Pop-Market and ApparelMagic.
*	Work with European and Asian mills to develop seasonal textiles and integrate sample handlooms and bulk approval through the production.
*	Execute the design and fit on the live models, and in charge of prototype, PP/TOP sample approval, and coordinate with the design team and global vendor partners.

*	Manage the entire collections: woven, knits, fine gauge, sweater, dress shirt, bottoms and outerwear categories of Mondo Di Marco, Axis, Axis LA and 6A brands.
*	Create seasonal color palettes, trends, flats, artwork, presentation boards by using Adobe Photoshop, Freehand and Adobe Illustrator software.
*	Execute construction, colorway sheets, BOM, packaging and tech packs via WebPDM.
*	Set up prototype specs and full-size grading specs with the consistent grade rule and tolerance standard via MS Excel and WebPDM to ensure the accuracy of information related.
*	Adhere to the market week calendar for season development and photo shoots.
*	Lead the design and fit from prototype through production on the live models with Technical Designer, and in charge of PP/TOP sample approval.
*	Investigate and assist in troubleshooting the in-line production problems related to the pattern, construction or trim issues.
