•   Hire and manage a team of graphic designers.
•   Provide creative and strategic guidance and direction.
•   Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing, promotional and other materials.

•   Translate the needs of internal stakeholders into strategic designs that accomplish goals, while adhering
to brand standards.
•   Collaborate and communicate clearly with marketing and web project managers to keep everyone
informed of the status and timelines of important projects.

Developed, designed concepts, and implemented ideas through all phases of design execution,
including print, digital, website, app design, motion graphic/video, on-site signage, branding, etc.
• Provided creative direction and managed a Jr. Graphic Designer.
• Maintained brand consistency across all media platforms, channels, and media types.
• Worked collaboratively with other designers, web developers, copywriters, vendors, and management.
• Managed multiple projects and prioritized work with project management tool to meet all deadlines.

• Worked both independently and directly with the management team to brand and market

• Edit, retouch and color correct photographs.
