Responsible for the design and distribution of surveys, user interviews, and unmoderated usability tests. Present and articulate findings directly to clients, teammates, and stakeholders.

Responsible for leading research, design, content strategy, and branding of our learning and event management system. Design visual frameworks based on qualitative and quantitative research. Run design sprints, workshops, and retrospectives for other functional areas and their digital products.

Oversaw the end-to-end delivery of digital projects for clients such as Cadbury, Target Australia, and Aesop. Assisted UX team with interviews, workshops, heuristics, competitor analysis, and digital strategy.

Gathered requirements and wireframed mobile and web applications, landing pages, and social media games for clients such as Zambrero, Coopers, and Cricket Australia. Also managed the delivery of these projects as the project manager.

Deployed with an aviation detachment as part of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit in 2011. Consulted on the strategic deployment of aviation assets as well as the training program at my unit.
