• Lead efforts to increase attendance from 4,000 (2014) to 25,000 (2016)
• I am responsible for refreshing the branding for each year & making key art, as well as impementing the graphics across all platforms; websites, digital & print materials, B2B, signage, merchandise, OOH advertising, etc.
• Determine design & marketing strategy and create the work schedule
• Communicating with clients to hire and organize live painters, dancers, large installation art and other exhibits. 

• I designed graphics that elevated the brands; Hitman Glass, Hitman Farms, Hitman Butane & Hitman Coffee
• Developed products for Hitman Glass; packaging, apparel, accessories and designed decals for application on glass products
• Helped create a more consistent method for product photography
• Other common tasks included designing marketing materials and tradeshow displays

Graphic Designer

• Performed various art & design projects including web, print, logos, pre-press, business presentations, social media and photo-editing
• Conceptualized and executed original designs for website properties
• Became familiar with creating WordPress websites
• Traditional and digital illustration

Freelance Designer

• Grew the number of products from 0 to over 300 in 3 years, increasing revenue from $60k in 2009 to over $1mil in 2012. By repeatedly developing products, I learned to generate detailed specs in tech packs and pushed the boundaries of technical constraints
• Developed the visual identity at the company’s conception and continued to build on it as the company expanded
• Provided direction to other designers, advising on their creative process and checking their work for technical feasibility
• Collaborated with external clients to conceptualize the art & design for various products
• Attend and vend at fashion, art, music, trade and sourcing expos & conventions

• I worked on a variety of consumer and client-facing projects such as the iTunes Free Music campaign, NFL/NHL TicketExchange, LiveDaily and other marketing campaigns
• Maintained web advertisements, landing pages, interactive seating charts and print advertising for major entertainment & sport events
• By working closely with the senior designer and web dev team, I learned standards and guides for maintaining brand styles and identity

Associate Designer

• Collaborated with a marketing team to create web pages, animated banner ads and logos that aligned with their strategy

Production Artist

• Gained an understanding of graphic design's role in a sports marketing business
• I assisted the senior designer to create web designs and visual elements that enhance a user’s experience
