- Design Engineer for EFT-1, EM-1 and EM-2 multi-purpose crew vehicles. Individually responsible for delivering hundreds of engineering drawings from developing conceptual designs to supporting installation on spacecraft. - Coordinate with several teams within Orion to provide solutions that meet specific requirements. - Develop and optimize design by constructing schematics and translating them into detailed CAD design. Analyze components to determine appropriate materials and parts necessary to compile full parts list. - Incorporate subassemblies and parts into comprehensive Orion CAD Model while utilizing proper integration management techniques between Creo and Windchill (PDM) interface. - Conduct several weekly configuration meetings, technical reviews and peer reviews with other divisions to ensure design is satisfactory in order to reduce number of revisions and diminish costs.

- Volunteered full-time support to a program in desperate need of mechanical engineering assistance with various tasks. - Designed customized electrical chassis to accommodate unique components and meet electrical and mechanical requirements. Invented unprecedented parts to improve design for manufacturability and design for assembly. - Produced DSR-3 and DSR-4 GD&T engineering drawings of optical-mechanical components. - Managed electrical rack integration as systems engineer to optimize layout and flow of subsystems.
