As a Front Desk Agent, I am the first point of contact between the guest and the resort. I assist in making sure that each guest has the best stay possible and empower myself to be the 'go-to' person if ever a guest has a complaint that needs to be resolved. As a Front Desk Agent, I excel in communicating with guests who have high expectations and solve problems in a timely matter. My goal is to make sure that each guest I interact with has the best experience possible.

In my role as the co-founder of Creative State, I helped create, develop and launch events focused to provide local artists, musicians, performers an outlet to generate revenue and build their brands. I established and orchestrated a profitable local music and arts festival, oversaw and directed all artist procurement, venue set up, digital and traditional consumer marketing and event orchestration. and grew social media pages - driving 30,000 interactions in just 7 days
