I have 15+ years of experience in Creative Agency project management. I am looking to transfer those skills (and my previous retail analytics exeperience) into a role within the outdoor industry. I have over 10 years of retail experience from store line to back office operations; and have been working for the past 3 years helping to market OvRride to get avid Skiers / Snowboarders from NYC into the mountains.

Lead creation of email and social marketing strategies and campaigns. Work with sponsors to execute events and contests/raffles to drive awareness and customer acquisition/sales. 

Primary success have included:
1. Developed a customer bounceback program resulting in 2x increase in repeat business
2. Built SEM campaign strategies that drove 8x ROI

Marketing Lead

Lead the operational transformation of a medium-sized Agency in NYC.  Act as Agency-wide Executive Producer for marketing campaigns.

Key duties include: 
1. Defining the role of Producer (Project Manager) within the agency. Hiring and mentoring staff, developing job descriptions and documenting how the role complements/augments the Account Services roles within the Agency
2. Oversight of all production processs and studio staff
3. Production vendor negotiations and identification
4. Resource management and forecasting, primarily focused on creative and production studio - but with oversight into technology as well
5. Project estimation and contract (SOW) writing
6. Agency process documentation and optimization

Associate Director, Executive Producer
- Oversaw all aspects of Agency engagement including: delivery (strategic and tactical), budget creation, forecasting and resource allocation. Worked with SVP & EVP of Account Management to define sales and client management strategies. Total portfolio revenue exceeded $30MM annually.
- Routinely delivered fixed-price campaigns efficiently and effectively, resulting in $300k+ of incremental revenue annually
- Worked across Financial Services and Telecom verticals

VP, Executive Producer

- Oversaw Agency engagements across multiple clients, total portfolio of roughly $8MM annually.
- Managed and mentored day-to-day project leads to ensure consistency of process and quality across all deliverables.
- Member of team designing future agency playbook for engagements and delivery process
- Oversee a brand engagement across multiple projects that has resulted in the client becoming listed as the most influential telecom brand in social media, and mentioned by Facebook as a brand for others to emulate

- Launched second-most viewed Black Friday Facebook application within retail vertical
- Architected and delivered complex dynamic advertising solutions utilizing geo-targeting and regional data elements

- Managed multiple time-sensitive campaign launches across multiple verticals at any one time

- Worked with B2B clients as the key day-to-day contact to implement multi-channel direct marketing campaigns across APAC, EMEA and North America (including translations as needed)
- Leveraged data to develop a campaign for a new SMB Storage Solution which exceeded lead goals by 30%
- Developed winning proposal for $175k subscription and profile management product, and led implementation
- Work spanned many different consumer and enterprise technology products and services
