- Drove system and process improvements, such as managing the development of an automated program to generate sell sheets and printable catalogs within seconds versus weeks, saving thousands of labor hours per year globally.
- Led the global product collateral system migration from an in-house PIM to Contentserv; Documented requirements, drove customizations, and provided training.
- Managed and delivered thousands of digital assets through ProofHQ, Adobe Scene7, and PicturePark while maintaining product embargoes and global user permissions.

- Consultant to an incentive program aimed at accelerating winter sports manufacturing in Zhangjiakou (ZJK), China, the co-host city of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
