•	Established a repeat clientele initiated by cold calling, email, and door-to-door solicitation - sustained growth organically by word-of-mouth thereon after.
•	Art directed business identity and created marketing assets including logo, business cards, price lists, uniform and company website. 
•	Scheduled all service calls and project bids with tenants, property management companies, homeowners and investors. 
•	Performed repairs, installations, builds and assemblies in various trades including Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Drywall, Flooring, Finish Carpentry and Masonry.

•	Responsible for managing the design and development process for Traditional Ladies Main Line and Outlet/Made For watch categories with sales exceeding $340 million. 
•	Led and managed a team of 6 industrial designers with 3 direct reports. 
•	Oversaw workloads and reviewed tech packs to ensure accurate and on time samples. 
•	Strategized with VP of design to create and implement a plan to restructure the design team which has provided role clarity and increased efficiency. 
•	Conducted performance reviews and mentored the design team. 
•	Established individual and team to team weekly standing meetings to promote a cross functional work environment which has strengthened relationships amongst the design, merchant, and product development teams.

Licensed business sales exceeding $26 million
•	Led the design transition of the MARC BY MARC JACOBS label to the MARC JACOBS label for the watch category while defining new design DNA. 
•	Managed 2 direct reports, one of which was remote. 
•	Presented seasonal collections to the licensor in New York.  
•	Collaborated with product developers and merchandisers to ensure designs were profitable -exceeded margin goals for 2017.

Licensed business sales of $10.8 million
•	Designed iconic watch platforms including the Karl 7 that accounted for more than 45% of launch year sales. 
•	Created inspiration boards from gathered market research and trend trips, domestic and abroad, to provide seasonal design direction.   
•	Represented Fossil Group design at brand immersions in Paris and Amsterdam.
